Cancellation & Refund Policy
GENERAL
By placing an order electronically through this website, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted the preliminary information and the distance sales contract.
Buyers are protected under applicable consumer protection laws, including Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and relevant European Union consumer regulations.
Products shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within a maximum period of 30 business days unless otherwise stated. If delivery does not occur within this period, the Buyer may cancel the contract.
All products shall be delivered complete and in accordance with the order specifications, including any applicable manuals and warranty documentation.
If the ordered product becomes unavailable, the Seller shall inform the Buyer without delay and refund all payments within 14 days.
PAYMENT FAILURE
If payment is not completed or is cancelled by the financial institution, the Seller shall not be obliged to deliver the product.
UNAUTHORIZED CARD USE
If payment is proven to have been made fraudulently and the Seller does not receive funds from the bank, the Buyer must return the product. Return shipping costs shall be covered by the Seller.
FORCE MAJEURE
In cases of events beyond the Seller’s reasonable control that prevent timely delivery, the Buyer shall be informed and may:
• Cancel the order
• Request a replacement product
• Agree to a delayed delivery
If cancelled, a full refund shall be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
INSPECTION UPON DELIVERY
The Buyer must inspect products upon delivery and refuse acceptance of visibly damaged goods. Accepted goods shall be considered delivered in good condition.
Products must be handled with reasonable care during the withdrawal period.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
Upon valid withdrawal:
• The Seller shall refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs (if applicable), within 14 days
• Refund shall be made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed
The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or proof of return is provided.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless explicitly stated otherwise before purchase:
• The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
The Buyer is only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods (as would be permitted in a physical store).
Normal examination does not incur any deduction.
EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Services fully performed with consumer approval
• Goods inseparably mixed after delivery
